How to recover a debt
Send us a copy of any outstanding invoice or a statement of account along with the debtor's details. You can do this now using our online debt collection form.
Within one working day of receiving your instructions, we’ll send a "7 day letter before action" to your debtor.
Many recipients of our "7 day letter" settle their debt immediately so we recover many debts for just £5.00 + VAT
If your debtor fails to pay after the "7 day letter before action" and the debt is undefended, we offer a fixed fee service for issuing court proceedings and obtaining judgment.
These fees are equivalent (save VAT) to the fixed amount the Court allows you to claim back from the debtor.
We do not take any success fees from any money recovered in our debt collection matters. Many debt collection companies do.

Court Proceedings
If Court proceedings are necessary to recover your debt, we have a wealth of experience and knowledge to represent you in the High Court or County Court and we will vigorously pursue a solution in your favour, taking any enforcement action necessary.

Defended Debts
Unlike many other debt recovery companies, we can still provide assistance if your debt is defended.
Our work on defended cases is charged for at our normal hourly rates, details of which can be provided by our commercial litigation department on request.
