An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full time Conveyancing Clerk/Legal Secretary to join the busy residential conveyancing team at our Chesterfield office.

Applicants will require knowledge of the full conveyancing process. This will include file setup, undertaking Land Registry searches and document collation, HM Land Registry registrations, SDLT form submissions and preparation of completion statements and bills. You will also be required to provide secretarial support to fee earners and liaise with clients by telephone and in person when required.
