An exciting opportunity has arisen for a part-time Post Completion Conveyancing Clerk to join the busy residential conveyancing team at our Chesterfield office.
Applicants must have experience dealing with all post completion requirements, serving notices, registration process with Land Registry, SDLT form submissions, updating online portals, complying with lender post completion requirements, dealing with any ledger balances and archiving files. You will also be required to liaise with Fee Earners and clients by telephone.
The successful candidate must be a team player and will enjoy a competitive salary along with great working conditions.
