Residential Conveyancer

Our Residential Property Department is seeking a reliable and dedicated Conveyancer to join the team at our Chesterfield office.

The role is suitable for a Chartered Legal Executive, a Licensed Conveyancer or solicitor.
Experience in purchases, sales and mortgage transactions (including leasehold), transfers of equity and equity release, new build and unregistered titles is essential. 3-5 PQE experience is preferred but all candidates with suitable experience will be considered.
