BEACON is bespoke for each business and can include all of or some of the following.

Cost

The cost of BEACON will depend entirely on your business need and structure.

The scheme can include:

  • Unlimited access to specialist employment law advice up to ACAS pre claim conciliation and or Employment Tribunal Proceedings being issued
  • Telephone helpline and email advice service (unlimited)
  • Direct telephone access to your specialist employment law solicitor – direct dial telephone number  and access to other team members if your dedicated specialist is not available
  • Quick, helpful and straight to the point advice considering the practicalities and needs of your business
  • All letters and documents drafted for you as you need them
  • Unlimited meetings at our offices – we can also have meetings at your offices if you prefer – if your offices are more than 25 miles from our office there will be a limit of 2 meetings at your offices, without any additional travel and expenses charges,
  • Up to two training sessions per year for key personnel to ensure they know the correct employment procedures to follow. Dealing with disciplinary hearings, dismissals and grievances for example
  • Confidence that you are following advice in order to reduce the risk of claims in the employment tribunal, county court or High Court
  • Regular updates on any changes in employment law that affect your business

Issued with up to date contracts of employment and company handbook for your employees, specifically tailored to your business, including any updates to policies as and when the law changes.
