Coronavirus Statement

The ongoing Coronavirus pandemic has brought unprecedented challenges into our daily lives.

Whilst life and business must continue, we must take precautions to ensure the well-being and safety of our clients, staff, and their families.

What BRM are doing

Our offices remain open, with a skeleton staff within our Chesterfield and Sheffield offices, with other staff working remotely. Incoming post will continue to be opened, distributed, and dealt with as normal.


Where possible a full switchboard service will be provided, but it is likely your call may be diverted to support staff who will take a message for the relevant member of staff to get back to you when they are able to. Calls to direct dials will be diverted to relevant remote staff, but again may be answered by support staff in some circumstances. We will aim to call you back as soon as possible.

Visiting BRM Offices

For the well-being of you, our staff and the wider population, face-to-face meetings at our office are strictly by pre-arranged appointment only.

Should you need to meet a member of staff urgently, we ask that you inform our staff if you are currently unwell or if you have recently returned from any countries identified as high risk.

Delivering Documents

If you need to bring documents in person to our offices for any current matters dealt with by our Chesterfield Office, please use the letterbox on the door of our white building, accessible from our main entrance. For our Sheffield office, please leave documents with the Steel City House reception desk.

We will review our response frequently taking in to account any current Government advice.
