About Claire
Claire Mayfield-Tulip is a Director in the Real Estate Department.
Claire joined BRM’s Real Estate Team in Sheffield in September 2024, and offers expert guidance to developers, property owners and business occupiers in the area.
She is a highly experienced lawyer who brings over 22 years of expertise to her role as Director at BRM, specialising in property development.
Prior to BRM, Claire held senior positions in Keebles (now Knights), Shoosmiths and Lupton Fawcett.
Claire’s key areas of expertise include all legal aspects relating to development projects such as site assembly, statutory agreements (s106, s38, s104), option agreements, joint ventures, and development funding. In addition, Claire assists her clients with their portfolio management and/or business occupation needs, by dealing with commercial sales/purchases and occupational leases.
Her new role at BRM will see her focusing on managing existing client portfolios and overseeing junior lawyers, as well as helping the firm to further build on their success and recent growth.
