Simon is regularly instructed by both corporate and individual clients in high value litigation. He has extensive experience in complex contractual disputes and shareholder claims.
Other areas of work include professional negligence, claims against employees and directors for breach of contract/duty, as well as defending directors threatened with insolvency and disqualification proceedings.

Simon graduated from the University of East Anglia in 1990 and qualified as a solicitor in 1993 and outside of work he enjoys cycling and football.
