Property Disputes

Anyone with an interest in a residential or commercial property can find themselves in a dispute over that property for a variety of reasons.

The disputes can be between landlord and tenanant, neighbours or the local authority to name just a few examples.

Types of disputes that can arise between these groups include:

  • Breach of terms of a lease such as Breach of covenant in a lease
  • Property maintenance issues which have cause disrepair or dilapidation
  • Disputes over shared amenities like shared driveways, drainage
  • Rights of access to a property for repairs
