Nightclub Accident

Nothing can ruin a night out like an accident at a nightclub.

While nightclubs may seem like an accident waiting to happen when large numbers of people are drinking and dancing, this should not be so.

A nightclub accident is often the result of drinks spilled on dance floors or of broken glass, causing broken bones, sprains, cuts or bruises. These hazards can be caused by poor maintenance, loose or worn carpets, broken tables and chairs and poor lighting. Spillages must be dealt with as soon as possible. Failure by nightclubs to attend to this essential housekeeping will leave them in breach of the Health and Safety legislation.

Regrettably, even in the best run nightclubs injuries can also be caused by the careless actions of other customers or even by assault. Even then, you may be able to make a claim for your injuries.

If as a result of a nightclub accident you have -

  • been injured
  • suffered any financial loss
  • lost possessions

You may be able to claim compensation.
