Our employment law training can be provided for all levels of staff at your business. It can be adapted depending on the seniority of the staff and their level of authority within your business.

We will always ensure that we have reviewed your own policies and procedures before any training is given to ensure that the training given covers best practice and your own policies and procedures. Training in essential areas such as disciplinary action, grievances, lateness and absence management can be essential in trying to avoid employment disputes arising and can often avoid unnecessary Employment Tribunal proceedings.

Training sessions are available in-house at your business premises or any venue of your choosing.
