If you are unable to get to our office, we can provide home visits for making Lasting Powers of Attorneys in most circumstances.
There are no extra charges for visiting you within a 10 mile radius from our Chesterfield town centre office.

If you are further away, we can still visit you at home in most circumstances. However there is likely to be a small charge of 45p per mile for each mile over 10 miles from our office.
