About Lynsey

Lynsey is an Associate Legal Executive in our Wills & Probate department, joining the firm in 2023. She began her legal career in 2003 at a firm of solicitors in Sheffield and has since qualified as an Associate Legal Executive.

Lynsey has worked at several reputable firms in South Yorkshire and Derbyshire and has gained a wealth of experience in the following areas:

Wills
Lasting Powers of Attorney
Registration of Enduring Powers of Attorney
Estate administration
Court of Protection applications and administrations
Asset protection advice
Estate planning

She has a particular interest in Court of Protection work and is a registered Dementia Friend.
