Anna Cattee Completes 3 Peaks Challenge
On Sunday 12 August 2012, company commercial and licensing law solicitor, Anna Cattee completed a gruelling 3 Peaks Challenge to raise money for the British Heart Foundation.
Including the driver’s two mandatory 45 minute breaks to comply with EU Driving Law, within a sleepless 25.5 hours Anna and her eleven equally inexperienced comrades climbed and descended Ben Nevis in Scotland, Scafell Pike in the Lake District and Snowdon in Wales.
For anyone looking to visit any of these locations in the future, Anna’s reviews are as follows:
“Ben Nevis – Amazing views and brilliant weather”,
“Scar Fell Pike – Pitch black, battering wind and generally miserable”
“Snowdon….the worst wind and rain I have ever been in”
With no previous climbing experience, everyone at BRM is very proud of Anna’s achievement, for which a total of £1,833 has already been pledged in sponsorship through her Just Giving Page, which can be found here > Anna Cattee Just Giving Page <
Anna would like to thank everyone who was kind enough to support her and the generosity of her sponsors means that we are now edging even closer to our target of £10,000 which we have aimed to raise for the British Heart Foundation by the end of the year.
