BRM Advise Neepsend Social Club and Canteen On New Venture
BRM have recently advised a Sheffield hospitality company on the set-up of a new, modern take on the social club concept.
Chris Hey, a Senior Associate in the Sheffield Real Estate Team at BRM Solicitors advised the team behind Neepsend Social Club on the set-up of the new eatery in Kelham Island.
The new bar and restaurant housed in Unit 2, 92 Burton Road, in the historic Neepsend area re-imagines the traditional social club and will showcase a menu of British classics with a modern twist.
Business partners Tom and Ben Miller have already had success with Slick Chicks in Cutlery Works and this is the first part of a larger plan.
Ben Miller said:
“The concept for the social club came from a trip to Denmark and in particular the large communal areas in the cities, Chris at BRM Solicitors supported us through the process and regeneration of this building will continue to grow the economic activity in the area.”
Chris Hey, said:
“It’s great to see more regeneration in the Kelham area, I’m certain the Neepsend Social Club and Canteen will be a success and look forward to working with Tom and Ben again on the next project.”
