Paul Berresford Spinning for Help For Heroes

On 10th December 2011, contentious probate partner, Paul Berresford will be taking part in a sponsored 6 hour, non stop spinning class at Fitness First, Chesterfield. The event will be supporting the Help for Heroes charity.

For those unfamiliar with Spinning, it’s a static bike class and classes are normally 45 minutes. With Christmas fancy dress, 6 hours of spinning is going to be challenging; more so with cameras ready to take embarrassing photos and video of Paul.
