BRM Acts On Letting of Sheffield City Centre Office Space
BRM have acted on behalf of a landlord in the letting of recently refurbished office space at Bells Square, Sheffield.
The first and second floor office space forms part of a converted warehouse and has been leased to local marketing agency Rare Creative Group.
The sought after office space marketed by Tom Shelton of Barnsdales Sheffield office was subject to a significant amount of interest and with our assistance the landlord, My Generation Gifts Limited, was able to have an agreement for lease prepared and signed at an early stage to enable works to be completed promptly and the keys handed over.
