BRM Advise On Construction of Wimbledon Travelodge Hotel and Restaurant
BRM Solicitors have recently advised on the construction of a new Wimbledon Travelodge hotel and restaurant development.
In the recently completed development, BRM counselled on the conditional purchase of seven multi-tenanted properties, acquisition, pre-let, planning application support, development funding, construction, and sale of the new Travelodge hotel and restaurant/bar site in the heart of Wimbledon, London.
The development by Reef Group is a brand new, 177-room Travelodge located just 100m from Wimbledon Station.
The hotel will contain Travelodge’s premium product super rooms and will be designed to new budget-luxe specification.
The BRM Real Estate team led by Adrian Sheehan worked closely alongside the Reef Group on this project on this 68,000 sq ft site.
